Shipping Terms & Conditions

 

When an order is created online, various shipping options are available; depending on the type of merchandise ordered. Packages MUST be signed for and if the shipping address is different from the billing address you must include the shipping address phone number.

 

Shipping Services

For domestic shipments, Vivid Kouture™ uses USPS, FedEx, and UPS. For international shipping we use the most reputable and efficient couriers that are in compliance with destination countries. Vivid Kouture™ typically ship orders within 2 business days of creation. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Limitation of  Liability

Vivid Kouture™ will not be held responsible or liable for submissions and/or shipments that are rejected from their destination address if the destination address was supplied by you, the customer, during the order creation process. If an error was made by either Vivid Kouture™, our Partners, our Associates or the courier/shipping service that we engage on your behalf, then your item(s) will be re-shipped free of charge. You may be responsible to repay return shipping charges Vivid Kouture™ is charged by the courier for rejected shipments.

 

Please Note: The aforementioned couriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We cannot calculate nor are we authorized to collect customs duties, VATs, and other local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of our international customers and typically due and collected upon receipt. In some cases customs authorities don't notify us of their charges until a much later date. In the event we are billed for any customs duties, VATs, or other local taxes, fees and duties we reserve the right to charge the party responsible for payment of the order should this occur. Documentation supporting these charges will be emailed to you.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.



Easy Returns

Returns/Refunds

 

Vivid Kouture™ only authorize refunds due to a manufacturer’s defect, sizing discrepancy, or damage on the part of the retailer or shipping courier if an item of equal value and make are unavailable for exchange. We will only exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased, subject to the following conditions:

 

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase and ALL documentation and accompanying materials.

  2. Customer must provide correct shipping and billing name and address.

  3. The returned items must not be swimwear, underwear, earrings, cosmetics or stock clearance/sale items

  4. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.

  5. Customers can only exchange an item for one of equal or lesser value.

  6. Customers can only return damaged/defective items free of charge within 5 business days from the date the item was received; beyond 5 days of receipt, customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to Vivid Kouture™ including a 10% restocking fee.

  7. International customers; please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.

Authorizing a Return

If you wish to return and exchange an item purchased through Vivid Kouture™, please contact us (admin@vividkoutureclothing.com) with a stated reason for the return. If we authorize the return, we will issue a RMA number for you to include with your returned item. Pack your return items securely in the box they arrived in, or another box, so they will not be damaged in transit and use a traceable insured method of return shipping to the address that we provide.

Returned merchandise will be checked for completeness and damage. Refunds minus applicable re-stocking fee and shipping costs (if item is returned after 5 days of receipt as stated in our Returns Policy above) will be credited only to the applicable card or PayPal account within 10 business days.
